In the online process of reservation, you will be guided through different steps:

  1. Choose the type of visit you want to book (you can find details of each visit to the Alhambra below)

  3. Select how many tickets you wish to buy. Remember to purchase tickets for every member of the family, even for those that don’t pay (younger than 12 old can access the Alhambra for free)
  4. Select the date when you’d like to visit the Alhambra. Keep in mind that tickets run out fast; therefore, you’d better book your tickets at least two months prior to your scheduled visit of the Alhambra.
  5. Select the hour of the visit to the Nasrid Palaces. Remember that if you don’t show up on time, you will lose the right to access.
  6. Insert the details of the person that will pay for the tickets, as well as the following details of all the visitors:
    • Name

Collect tickets for the Alhambra

Tickets can be collected:

  • in the vending machines located in the Entrance Pavilion of the Alhambra, with the reference number that appears in the purchase confirmation.
  • at the ticket offices of the Alhambra, upon showing the handout of the booking or the credit card used to make the purchase. You can also show your ID/passport if you have booked the tickets with your name. This procedure can cause unnecessary queues, so avoid using this method unless it’s extremely necessary.

If you have bought any tickets with special conditions, and therefore pay a reduced price, i.e. EU citizens older than 65 years old, people between 12 and 15 years old, owners of the European Youth Card (except for children less than 12 years old, who access for free), you’ll have to collect the tickets at the ticket offices of the Alhambra, upon showing a document (ID or passport) that entitles you to the discount.

Remember that the tickets have to be collected at least one hour before the scheduled visit to the Nasrid Palaces, as there’s 1-hour walk from the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces.
