Holiday home for 10 people in Lora del Río, in the province of Seville, Andalusia.

About 45 minutes from Seville and 75 km from Cordoba.

It has a large living room with fireplace and TV and a large independent kitchen. It has two full bathrooms with a shower. It has four bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with four single beds.

Outside we have a garden area, a children's play area and a barbecue area.

The plot is completely fenced and has different varieties of trees.

Swimming pool available during the summer months.

It is rented all year round for short periods, weekends, long weekends. Minimum 2 nights stay.

To access the house, it is essential to have a means of transport. It is a house in the countryside, very close to the town, within a development of rustic plots, to access it, you have to travel along a country road, a vehicle is necessary.

It is important to take extreme measures to promote the tranquility of the neighborhood, therefore, parties, noise and loud music are prohibited.
