Holiday home on the outskirts of Sanlúcar la Mayor, in the province of Seville, Andalucia.

This charming holiday home is ideal for your holiday, at less than 30 km from Seville. Because it can welcome up to eight people, you will be able to spend your holidays together with your beloved ones. The whole family can relax and make the most of the comforts provided, thanks to the four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a shower.

The house features two floors. The spacious ground floor welcomes a light-filled dining-living room with sofas, armchairs and a spacious dining table, in addition to a picturesque fireplace. From the living room, you can access the independent kitchen, which is completely equipped and decorated with lovely tiles that provide an authentic charm to the room. On this floor, you will also find one bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms, each of which relies on a 1.80-cm double bed; one of them is ensuite.

From the living room, access the house's top floor, thanks to a lovely staircase that is decorated with tiles, in the purest Andalusian style. Another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower are located on the first floor.

The bedrooms are equipped with warm/cool air-con. Besides, all the rooms are provided with wall-mounted thermal radiators.

The living room opens onto a fabulous outdoor area and, here, you can make the most of the fabulous porch with an outdoor dining area. The patio, decorated with lush vegetation, welcomes a magnificent salt-water private pool, ideal for refreshing and enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation.

The property has a gardener who performs garden maintenance every day.

The access to the house is possible via an unpaved lane.
