Travel to the Sevillian countryside to find this fabulous villa. You will disconnect and regain your strength while enjoying your well-deserved vacation with the family, surrounded by all the comforts you need.
The spacious living area is characterized by high ceilings and modern furniture that matches the delicate colors used to paint the walls. In the main room, you will find two sofas and a designer fireplace that can be admired from both the living room and the kitchen. Near the sofas, there is a huge dining table, around which the whole family can gather and make the most of the tasty delicacies you will have prepared. The rest of the common areas house a splendid independent kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware you will need to put your chef skills to the test. In the middle of the kitchen, the pretty island with stools conveys that idea of a mix of rural and modern.
The villa has five bedrooms to ensure a relaxing holiday for all guests. They all have hot/cold air conditioning, like the rest of the house, and comfortable beds so you can regain your energy. One bedroom is fitted with two single beds, which can be joined together to create a double bed; two bedrooms have a double bed each, as well as an extra single bed; In the fourth bedroom, you will find a double bed and a comfortable sofa, while the last bedroom has a double bed.
In the house, you will also find two large bathrooms. In one, you will have a huge shower tray and two sinks, while in the other, you will have a hydromassage bathtub and a shower tray.
In the outdoor area, you can delight in the Andalusian atmosphere, which you will feel especially in the two porches and in the sunny patio. On the back porch, which is accessible from one of the bedrooms, you will find a ping-pong table, thanks to which you can spend fun times with your family.
One of the front porches has two barrels and stools where you can enjoy the views while sipping a glass of wine. The central porch has two dining tables and a barbecue, and opens onto a splendid patio, the main features of which are the picturesque fountain and magnificent panoramic views of the Sevillian countryside. In addition, the patio is equipped with a covered chill-out area and another table under the shade of the palm trees.
Lastly, the stunning pool area allows you to cool off while also enjoying the views. The sun loungers around the pool and the pergola are the icing on the cake.
Access to the house is possible through a 1.4 km dirt track.
Small pets are accepted in this house, paying their price upon arrival at the house.
