This luxury holiday villa’s 190 square-metres are distributed on one floor, in an 800 sq-mt plot in the quiet countryside near Marchena, only 60 km from Seville. The hi-tech electric tools and modern furniture of the villa provide all the comforts to convert this holiday villa into a home away from home.

The 50 sq-mt, light-filled dining-living room is ideal for enjoying your family’s company, as its open concept allows all the family members to chat while relaxing on the sofas, delighting with a snack as they sit around the dining area, or while cooking in the 14 sq-mt open kitchen. The lovely fireplace provides comfort during the winter holidays, whereas the splendid windows let the light flood in from the patio and garden.

The bedrooms are as charming as the living area. All five have air conditioning hot/cold and fitted wardrobes. The 16 m2 master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a modern ensuite with walk-in shower and direct access to the garden. One bedroom has a trundle bed and a single bed; the third and fourth bedroom have two single beds each. In the fifth and last bedroom you will find a single bed and, as well as another bathroom with shower, it is adapted for people with reduced mobility.There’s a third bathroom with a shower tray at the guests’ disposal. On the other side of the villa, you will also find a leisure room, where a billiard pool and a football table will provide the whole family with long hours of fun.

The lovely fenced outdoor patio features comfortable outdoor furniture, and here you will enjoy yourself in numerous activities. The dining area lets you enjoy your meals in the open air, whereas on the sun loungers you can sunbathe and let the sunshine warm your skin. However, the most noteworthy feature of the outdoor area is the splendid private pool provided with a beach-like entry. On the poolside, you will find a bar and a brick BBQ on a wooden floor, next to which you can enjoy your meals thanks to a dining area and a parasol.

A 2-place parking lot completes the outdoor facilities of the villa.
