Villa located in Sanlúcar La Mayor, province of Seville, Andalucia.
This coquettish holiday villa is provided with four bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed each, one has one single bed and one hideaway bed, and one has a single bed and a bunk bed. There are three bathrooms with shower, a cosy dining-living room with fireplace and a completely equipped independent kitchen. One double bedroom and the living room are provided with AC and heating.
The outdoor area welcomes a fenced private pool with sun loungers, located in a marvellous huge garden, where your pet can run free. The property is completely fenced, thus providing privacy to its guests.
The access to the house is made through an unpaved lane in good conditions.
