Holiday villa in Lora del Rio, in the province of Seville, Andalucia.

This magnificent holiday villa is located on a fenced property between the Natural Park of Matallana and the Sierra Norte of Seville.

The bedrooms and living area are all located on the first floor of the villa, which you can access thanks to an outdoor staircase. The ground floor of the villa is closed, for which you will have exclusive use of the villa.

The villa can welcome 12 people in its five bedrooms. Three are provided with a double bed each, whereas the other two rely on two single beds each. Moreover, you are granted the possibility to add two extra single beds. There are two bathrooms at the guests' disposal, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Three bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con, whereas the other two feature ceiling fans, which ensure you enjoy the best temperature all year round. The magnificent dining-living room is spacious enough to welcome all the guests of the villa and let them enjoy themselves and each other's company. The high wooden ceiling looks down onto a pool table, comfortable sofas, and a huge fireplace. A mezzanine above the fully equipped open kitchen completes the quaint charm of the room. The living area is also provided with warm/cool air-con.

A glazed veranda offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, where olive yards extend as far as the eye can see, the Gran Vega of Seville, the town of Lora del Río, and even the night lights of Seville on an exceptionally clear night. You can have a rest here, rejoicing in the breeze that enters from the open windows, and the delicate sun rays.

The large courtyard of this spectacular property is filled with spacious gardens, magnificent fountains, a covered porch and even a romantic gazebo: all these elements combine to ensure the unique atmosphere of the villa. A high wall separates the area of ​the huge private pool from the main patio. The pool area also features a barbeque, a sun terrace and a pergola. The Roman steps will take you into the inviting waters of the pool, with a maximum depth of 1.70 meters.

The villa has a 6-place covered parking lot.
