It is a beautiful Andalusian rural house from 1929 that has been restored for your enjoyment. It has 5 double rooms and 2 rooms with a single bed each, living room with fireplace, kitchen and two full bathrooms.
Outside, our guests will enjoy 2,000 m2 of garden with a 10x5 meter pool, barbecue and appropriate furniture. In addition, the house has covered parking for two cars.
Security:
The house has an burglar alarm with direct connection to central and police. Possibility of having a doctor and ambulance at the touch of a button.
Anti-smoke and anti-fire alarm with detectors in each bedroom and main living room, and also with connection to central and fire department.
Located very close to Seville, just 3 km. from the center of the capital, so you can make comfortable cultural and gastronomic visits. There is a bus that stops at the door of the plot, in case you do not want to use the car and there are hypermarkets close to the house.
