Holiday home for 10 people in Comares, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Private villa with excellent views!
Single-story house with 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed each and the other two with a double bed and a single bed each. It has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and two bathrooms with showers, one of them en suite. It has a separate, equipped kitchen with an island. It has a living-dining room with a fireplace (logs can be ordered locally) and a TV. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area, a chill-out area, and the private pool area with Roman steps for easy access and mountain views.
The quiet location is private and unobstructed, and is set on a 5,000 m2 plot.
Comares, a mountain village, can be seen from the terrace, and its traditional bars, restaurants, shops, and bakery are a 10-minute drive away. El Niño, a family-run rural bar/restaurant, is about a 20-minute walk away.
The accommodation is suitable for a large family or a group of friends. Built on one level, it is ideal for children and active seniors as well.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome, maximum 2. There is a 50 euro charge.
We have an excellent barbecue and an outdoor pizza oven, which is ideal for eating on the terrace admiring the views!
It is an excellent holiday spot year-round. Southern Andalusia typically has over 300 days of sunshine. The villa has air conditioning in the master bedroom and is also equipped with electric fans in all bedrooms and the living room. There are blinds on all windows, helping to keep the rooms cool in the summer months.
There are heaters in all bedrooms during the winter months. The house is comfortable year-round.
Village Life - Comares:
Comares is a very pretty white village in a spectacular location. Without change, with views in every direction, the narrow streets twist steeply away from the main square with its cozy bar. Here, life moves unhurriedly. A bank with an ATM, a good local shop with fresh produce, pharmacies, tobacconists, and six bars/restaurants serving local dishes and tapas will make your holiday at Villa Romo a convenient place to stay.
Town and Beach:
Vélez-Málaga is a large market town where you will find all your shopping needs, including a modern shopping center, a cinema complex, a hospital, a water park, and specialty shops. Market day is on Thursdays.
Torre del Mar,
approximately 30 minutes by car, is the nearest Mediterranean beach resort.
Málaga
Is only an hour away by car. Enjoy the many historical sites and locations, plenty of tapas bars, and hidden corners.
