Holiday home for 6 people in Viñuela, Province of Malaga, Andalusia.
The villa has an area of about 150 m2 and a beautiful view over Lake Viñuela and the surrounding mountains. On the terrace there is a swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the peace and the stunning views, which are even more beautiful from the spacious roof terrace. There is also a barbecue. Sufficient shade can be found on the terrace with the porch.
The property is completely walled and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate with a parking space for several cars.
Three bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a shower and bathtub. One of them is private. Semi-open kitchen with all amenities. Smart TV in the living room, with fireplace, air conditioning and WIFI.
The spacious living room has a large sofa for 5 people and a relaxation armchair. The dining table is also in the living room. From the living room you can access the terrace through large sliding glass doors.
From the semi-open kitchen there is a view into the living room through the semi-arch. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, all kitchen utensils and plenty of cupboard space.
