Holiday home for 10 people in Villanueva de la Concepción, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
This magnificent house is located next to the Campanillas River, south of Villanueva de la Concepción, and has impressive views of the Torcal de Antequera. The accommodation is a fully renovated house where you can enjoy the tranquility you need, in a privileged natural environment that will allow you to enjoy your stay with your family and friends.
The house is distributed over two floors, the first of which has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a dining room next to the kitchen. On this same floor, there are two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms.
On the upper floor, there are three of the bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside, we can distinguish two areas, the first of which is the barbecue area, equipped with a wood oven, barbecue, wine rack and kitchen area and on the other hand, next to the pool, there is a large porch for outdoor meals, with a large table next to the main kitchen of the house.
The property is accessed via a road shared with other properties. Once you are in the property, you will have total privacy and stunning views of the natural surroundings in which the property is located.
If you decide to explore the surroundings, the property is located 5 minutes from Villanueva de la Concepción, 15 minutes from Torcal de Antequera, 25 minutes from Antequera, 30 minutes from Malaga, 40 minutes from the airport and the beach, and one hour and 10 minutes from Nerja, Marbella, Cordoba or Granada.
