Holiday home for 6 people in Periana, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Follow the winding country roads and discover this wonderful house, surrounded by olive trees. This beautiful converted Spanish house offers stunning views of the lake of La Viñuela and the Mediterranean Sea. It is the perfect place for relaxation and tranquility in Andalusia.
The house for 6 people is located on the ground floor and has a spacious living room kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The porch, the pool and the terrace are completely private for the tenants. From the porch at the front there are beautiful views of the reservoir and, in the distance, the Mediterranean Sea. The house sits on one hectare of private land and is surrounded by olive trees.
It is a 2-storey house; the guest house is located on the ground floor. The owners live on the first floor and have a separate entrance.
The ground floor apartment is divided into 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen-dining room with living room, an additional living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. All bathrooms have a large shower, 2 toilets and two sinks. And a studio attached internally to the apartment which is for 2 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It has a fitted kitchen and a living room.
Of course, the kitchen is stocked with tea and kitchen towels, dishcloths, dishwasher buckets, oil and vinegar, pepper, salt and basic spices. To get your first day off to a good start, there are coffee cups, tea and a bottle of water.
The spacious bathrooms have a rain shower, toilet and vanity. Shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are also provided.
We provide bed and bath linen, including a large towel for the pool. Are you coming with a small child? We set up the cot, along with the high chair and a large Duplo basket. There are also books and games in the cupboard. The TV has Dutch TV channels and has a Chromecast. You can also listen to your favourite music via a Sonos box.
The garden measures one hectare and has several shady corners to read a book or where the children can explore. The pool is adjacent to the garden and has a large terrace around it with sun loungers and a seating area.
When the house is rented, there are no other guests on the property and you have private use of the terrace, pool and porch.
