Description
Holiday home for 12 people in Nerja, in the province of Malaga, in Andalucia.
Large detached villa situated in a secluded area 5 minutes drive from the heart of Nerja.
The entire living area is on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living room with 4 comfortable sofas. The spacious lounge has a fabulous vaulted ceiling and a reading mezzanine above which there is access to the viewing tower and enclosed sun terrace. There is a large formal dining room if you wish to dine indoors.
In total there are six large bedrooms (2 doubles and 4 twins) with wardrobes and bedside tables. Bedrooms 1 to 4 have their own private en-suite bathrooms with traditional Andalucian tiles. Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a further full bathroom.
There is also a cloakroom with WC and washbasin. From the entrance hall there is a large spiral staircase leading to the reading mezzanine, the internal sun terrace and the observation tower with 360 degree windows offering panoramic views of the countryside, sea and mountains.
Outside there is also a cool internal Andalusian patio with a fountain providing shade from the afternoon sun. There is a spacious south facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a large swimming pool with Roman steps, garden with built-in barbecue for al fresco dining, shaded terrace overlooking the pool, large gated driveway for parking vehicles.
