This charming and modern accommodation has wide views of the mountains that will make you enjoy the tranquility and sun of Malaga.
At the entrance there is a living room with an American kitchen, spacious, comfortable and bright. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and smart TV. It also has a wood-burning fireplace insert for the winter months. The open-plan kitchen space is equipped with everything you need in terms of kitchenware and appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Next to the living room there is a bathroom with a shower tray.
The ground floor also has a cinema room, with a projector, 130" screen and home cinema. Equipped with satellite receiver, streaming platforms and video game consoles. Ideal for film and sports lovers.
The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, two of them with a double bed of 135 and 150cm respectively, and another of them with two 90cm beds. The three bedrooms have ducted air conditioning, exterior windows and open closets, one of the rooms, the one with the 150cm bed, has a large built-in wardrobe. This floor also has, in the common area of the accommodation, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, equipped with a Turkish bath with steam, for maximum relaxation.
Also on this upper floor, there is a small room with a washing machine and a terrace that has stairs to go up to the roof from where you have views of the Guadalhorce valley area that surrounds the accommodation.
In the outdoor space there is a round swimming pool. Next to it, in a closed space like a patio, there is a barbecue area and different utensils for cooking without having to enter the house in the summer months. In this space there is a work table with capacity for up to ten people. Going up a small ramp, and outside the patio there is an area for relaxation on the hottest days, like a "chillout", in the shade of a large vine, one of the coolest areas of the house.
Also next to the pool you will find a games area, with table football, pool table and dart board, where you will enjoy with family and friends. In this interior patio there is also an accessible warehouse with storage cabinets, an extra refrigerator and a small shower room with a toilet.
Access to the accommodation has a 1km stretch of dirt road, flat and in good condition, suitable for any type of vehicle.
