This cozy 2-story home is the ideal option for those families looking for an oasis of peace and tranquility without giving up any comfort.
It has two bedrooms, both with double capacity and large storage capacity. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor of the house.
On the ground floor, we find a cozy and bright living room. The dining room is integrated into the living room and is prepared to receive your entire family. The kitchen is independent and has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. In addition, on this floor there is also a charming toilet, for the greater comfort of clients.
Outside, the house has a fantastic swimming pool for private use. From the pool and on hot days you can contemplate the starry sky submerged in water at night. In addition, you can enjoy a delicious meal outdoors in its spectacular outdoor dining room.
Just 2km from the historic center of Ronda and all basic services, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot contemplating the wonderful views and sunset as we approach the imposing walls of Ronda. Ronda "dream city", named after poets and romantic travelers, as well as such illustrious figures as Orson Wells, E.Heminway, R.M.Rilke.
