If you want to be close to town and stay somewhere with easy access then this fabulous holiday site is for you. When you're not exploring the town or the nearby National Park, you'll enjoy the comfortable and relaxed layout of this newly remodeled estate.
The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has an Italian shower with a rain shower head. It also offers a new fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Large living room - dining room with two leather sofas, Smart TV, dining table, wood stove for cozy winter nights.
Outside there is a refreshing swimming pool along with a seating area under a covered terrace. The house is complemented by a large pergola to offer an extra area of shade for those hot summer days and a barbecue area to enjoy in the winter months. The farm is completely fenced to give peace of mind to those traveling with their furry companions. Most of the estate's terrain is steep, but a seating nook right at the top offers a great spot to enjoy the incredible mountain views.
The nearest town is Cómpeta, just 2 km away, it is just a stone's throw away and in about 20 minutes you can enjoy its vibrant atmosphere.
