This house is bright, cozy and offers spaciousness and functionality. It has a functional outdoor garden and pool area with fabulous sea views. The villa is located very close to the beach and offers four large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for up to eight guests.
On the ground floor, you will find the hall, living room, dining room, office, kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms, en-suite bedrooms and two covered terraces. The new kitchen features top of the line appliances, and the laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer. The living room features a wood burning stove, fireplace and large flat screen TV. From the living room and dedicated office, you have direct access to the outside terrace, garden and pool area.
The outside terrace is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the spectacular views of the sea, pool and garden.
Life continues on the first floor, which includes the suite itself and a guest suite with a bathroom and a large terrace, ideal for hosting meetings, which offers stunning panoramic views of the sea, Fuengirola and beyond.
This villa is the ideal home for those looking for privacy, being right in front of the beach. The garden is spacious, private and has a large swimming pool with several sun loungers. There is an entrance with a fully automatic gate allowing private parking for three cars.
