Holiday house for 8 people in Coín, province of Málaga, Andalusia.
With a fenced plot and an extension where the view is lost with citrus plantations, this home will give you spectacular views of the mountains and nature.
The house has two entrances. One of them presided over by two Terracotta warriors will welcome you when you open the door of the accommodation. The second is through a beautiful interior patio.
On this same level we will find a cozy hall, a living room, a dining room and the kitchen. The spacious living room has beautiful exposed beams that give it warmth and large windows that allow the entry of outside light. The dining room is independent and is dominated by a large table and has direct access to the outside. The kitchen is modern and functional and is equipped with a large island where you can prepare delicious meals. On this same level we find a separate bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The house has three other bedrooms, with windows to the outside and all of them with an en-suite bathroom.
From the entrance gate, a very well-kept path will take you to the parking area, from which you can see the barbecue area, made up of a beautiful, well-kept lawn and hammocks for sunbathing. This barbecue area is covered by a pergola that will provide shade in summer and at night will create a special atmosphere thanks to the lighting in this area.
The fantastic private pool, surrounded by palm trees, is the perfect oasis to unwind on your next vacation. It also has an outdoor bathroom with a shower, so you don't have to go to the accommodation to shower or go to the bathroom.
The remaining exteriors that surround the accommodation are pure countryside, where you can walk around peacefully, bicycle routes and quiet walks with beautiful sunsets and bird watching if you wish.
Its location is just 15 minutes by car from the nearest shopping center, service stations and entertainment and restaurant venues. Malaga airport is just 40 minutes away by car.
