This beautiful villa with private pool, located in Marbella and overlooking the forest, welcomes 8 guests.
The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. Without a doubt, the protagonist will be the private salt pool, with dimensions of 3 x 2 m and a constant depth of 1 meter. Around you you will find sun loungers where you can relax while you tan, as well as a furnished area that will be perfect to start your day with breakfast while contemplating the fantastic views of the nearby forests or to have a drink with your companions at nightfall. Please note that there are neighbors nearby.
The interior of the accommodation, divided into three floors, is tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, as well as a separate kitchen with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have 4 bedrooms with AC. Three of them are located on the upper floor. Two have a double bed - one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and another with access to a terrace -, while the last has two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower floor is the last bedroom, which has two single beds, and a living room with a sofa bed, where up to two more people can rest. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
This wonderful villa is located in the quiet and pleasant urbanization of Artola Golf, known for its golf courses. In particular, the Cabopino Golf Course is a popular location for lovers of this sport and offers stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. In addition, this area is a quiet and pleasant place to enjoy nature and the outdoors. The nearby Artola Dunes nature reserve is a unique place on the Costa del Sol, with golden sand dunes and varied fauna and flora. You can also find some bars and restaurants in the area, especially at the Cabopino marina, where you can enjoy sea views while tasting local food and drinks. If you want to enjoy the sea, Cabopino beach is the closest to the house. It is known for its relaxed and tranquil atmosphere, and is the ideal location for those looking for a bit of peace and quiet away from the area's busiest beaches. There is also a marina nearby, where you can rent boats and enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, paddle surfing or water skiing.
Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 20 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
