Beautiful home located in one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre such as the Los Manantiales urbanization. This is due to its great location, being located in an area of total tranquility and privacy, while at the same time having good access to the town with a short walk.
It is an independent chalet that is distributed over three floors with the following distribution:
First Floor (Basement): It has a living room with TV and a dining table. A bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed with a multitude of games for children. It also has a games room, with billiards, table football, darts and a ping-pong table with a fridge for drinks.
On the second (main) floor: we find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and beautiful decoration. A living room with a 6-seater sofa and TV, fireplace, large windows overlooking the pool and a nice table for 8 people. It has a toilet. It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
And on the third and last floor we have: a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside we have a huge terrace that surrounds the entire house with two independent areas within it. It has a garden and pool area, where you can take a dip in summer to relieve the high temperatures. It has a barbecue area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on our wood-fired barbecue or in the traditional style, with a table for up to 12 people to enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors.
The house has 2 parking spaces located on the same plot.
