Do you want to enjoy a private farmhouse with an Andalusian patio? We have the perfect place for you! This villa is located in a residential area of Alhaurín de la Torre, very close to the beach with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars while being in a quiet environment.
It is distributed in three plants.
On the third floor we find 5 bedrooms. The first with two single beds, the second with a double bed. The third with a double bed. The fourth with two single beds and the fifth with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. On this same floor we find two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub.
On the second (main) floor we find two bedrooms with a double bed each and one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. It has a living room with two sofas, fireplace, TV, pool table and AC. Fully equipped kitchen. It has a bathroom with shower. We also find an Andalusian patio with a fountain.
On the first (ground) floor, we can find two bedrooms with a double bed each, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A bathroom with a shower, a living room with two comfortable sofas, a table football, darts and a large bar area.
The exterior has a barbecue area in the garden, large illuminated pool with diving board, hammocks, tables and chairs next to the pool with spectacular views of the Guadalhorce Valley, parking inside the property, large garden, tennis court (night light not available), children's area.
It has private parking.
