It is a high-quality home, located in one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre, such as the Los Manantiales urbanization. This is due to its great location, located in an area of total tranquility and privacy, close to all types of shops and with good access to the town with a short walk.

-Bedroom 3: consists of 3 single beds and another larger single bed. It has a built-in wardrobe and windows that provide a lot of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub that it shares with another bedroom.
-Bedroom 4: consists of 2 single beds, with windows that provide lots of light. It has access to a bathroom with a bathtub that it shares with bedroom 3.
In the basement, we find an area that has a practical gym to exercise and an office area to work without fear of being disturbed.
Outside, we have a large plot surrounding the entire house, especially highlighting the following areas:
In the garden and pool, there are hammocks and several rest areas. Ideal to cool off in summer or at any time of the year for the most daring. Along with an area with a barbecue and dining room, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors.
