Magnificent recently renovated home, located in one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre such as the El Lagar urbanization. This is due to its great location, being located in an area of total tranquility and privacy, while at the same time having good access to the town with a short walk. You will fall in love with the beautiful views of the Bay of Malaga and the Guadalhorce Valley.
It is distributed on a single floor.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with chaise longue, TV, very spacious and bright. It has a bathroom with shower. It also has a separate toilet.
It has three bedrooms, two with a double bed each and one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third has two single beds.
We have a large plot that surrounds the entire house, highlighting especially the following areas:
Garden and pool area, where you can take a dip in summer to relieve the high temperatures. There is an outside shower.
Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors. It has a wet bar.
Private outdoor parking area with capacity for up to 3 cars.
