This beautiful house is located near Alcaucín, Viñuela and the coast. Several terraces with phenomenal views of the valley and the mountains.
The house is distributed over two floors, all rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are two living rooms with wood stoves, two fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, two bathrooms and a toilet, one of them en suite.
On the main floor we find
The semi-open kitchen, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, is accessible from the living room through an arch. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, oven and all kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine here.
The bedrooms on this floor are distributed as follows:
-The first bedroom has 3 single beds, a single trundle bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobes.
-The second bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobes.
-The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a small balcony with views of the valley and towards the mountains. Next to it, we find a toilet.
The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and a shower.
Low level:
There is another living room that has a three-seater and two-seater sofa, a wood stove, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The dining room table is also in this room. From the living room you can access the terrace through double sliding glass doors.
Here too, the semi-open kitchen is accessible from the living room through an archway. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, all kitchen utensils, sufficient cupboards and a washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Outside we find the large swimming pool, surrounded by several terraces and sun loungers, some palm trees and a phenomenal view of the valley. There is also a barbecue. The property is fully fenced and gated to the front with an iron entrance gate and parking for several cars.
The access lane is concrete, characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
