Holiday home for 6 people in Coín, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Lovely place to relax with family or friends. 1km from the La Trocha shopping centre where there are cinemas, shops and restaurants.
The house is distributed on one floor with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, there are also two more single beds that can be arranged to suit the client. It has a bathroom with a shower.
It has a kitchen with an American bar open to the living room with a fireplace and TV.
Outside we find a large covered barbecue area, a porch with a table and chairs and the large swimming pool surrounded by grass with sun loungers available.
Complete accommodation in a magnificent location in Coín. Rural environment with easy access, just 20 minutes from Marbella and 20 minutes from Malaga.
Our house is completely private as are the outdoor areas and pool, it is not shared with other people. It is fenced and has privacy screens to maintain privacy.
