With an excellent location, intimacy, and privacy, this luxury villa offers you all the possibilities you can imagine for your vacation.

The accommodation is distributed over three levels. A ground floor with 3 bedrooms and a gym, directly accessible to the pool area and parking.

On the first floor, you can enjoy two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed. A shared toilet, an interior patio, and a relaxation area in a small garden with ornamental plants and a water feature. You will also enjoy the kitchen, family room, game room, and dining room.

On the upper floor, enjoy a unique and exclusive room with a private terrace and jacuzzi.

A spacious living room with comfortable sofas and exterior windows provides the family gathering point you desire. Watching TV will be a pleasure, thanks to the available internet connection, allowing you to enjoy your favorite series or movies.

Next to this family gathering area, there's another sitting room or small lounge with a very youthful character, equipped with a video game console with preloaded games for both the younger and older members of the family to enjoy fun games, laughter, and thus create family vacation memories.

If at any point during your vacation you wish to prepare a more intimate dinner or lunch, you have an exclusive dining room for it. With a large table and unique chairs, it creates the necessary ambiance for enjoying long conversations.

You'll simply love this kitchen, with upper glass windows providing constant natural light, connected to the interior patio and easily accessible to the outdoor terrace and dining room. It includes professional oven and stove, along with various small appliances to make your days easier.

With panoramic views from its left side thanks to the large glass windows, this bedroom features a specially sized double bed on a stepped structure adorned with marble. With high ceilings, spacious areas, office space, and a private terrace. It also includes a large wardrobe, a wonderful bathroom with bathtub and shower. Additionally, enjoy a beautiful private jacuzzi within a glass-enclosed space, enveloped by night or day to create the perfect atmosphere for your rest.

There are two other bedrooms, both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The difference between them is that one bedroom is inside with access to the interior patio of the accommodation, whereas the other bedroom is outside with access to the exterior terrace of the façade, lining the entire length, providing access to the living room or exteriors from two different areas.

To access these bedrooms, you can go down the stairs from inside the accommodation or through the external glass doors (which open from inside the bedrooms) that lead to the common exterior spaces and parking area.

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with an exterior toilet in the common area of this floor and the gym showers available for one of them.

This gym includes rubber weights for various exercises and a treadmill. It has access to the outdoors, specifically to the pool area, allowing you to use the bathroom there if enjoying the pool area.

The exteriors offer multiple spaces ranging from the interior patio connected to the kitchen to a small resting area surrounded by green plants and a water stream. The pool area, in particular, connects to an exterior viewpoint where you can sit with the provided furniture. These views are truly relaxing and vibrant. From sunrise to sunset, they can be an inspiration.

The swimming pool will provide moments of fun and refreshment on hotter days. Close to the gym area, you can exercise and cool off without needing to go to other areas.
