The location of this accommodation is simple, with a paved road and close to connections to general roads and urban centers such as Alhaurín el Grande or Cártama.
At its entrance, an elegant dining room with a modern central fireplace will welcome us. Bright, elegant and functional. Meetings or family lunches will be one more element of this accommodation. It will have a fully equipped independent kitchen to make cooking as easy as possible, with enough pantry space and all the appropriate utensils for its use.
The house has three bedrooms, two of them equipped with a double bed each and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have windows to the outside, air conditioning and space to store your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner.
It will have an indoor bathroom with a shower tray and another bathroom with an outdoor shower tray near the pool.
Following the pool, it has a large covered porch in which you will have two spaces. one on the right with an elegant outdoor dining table and another on the left with comfortable garden furniture where you can rest, read, have tea or have after-dinner talks with your family.
With a defined pool space, you will have a nice space to enjoy the sun, play with the little ones in the house, and relax. Equipped this area with hammocks and umbrellas you will have all the options to enjoy this space even at night, you will be able to enjoy a very well lit and cozy environment. You will have a covered area at your entrance to leave your vehicle parked within the fenced plot.
