The house is very well located in Los Ventorros, a hamlet in the pretty Andalusian town of Comares. Nearby is the unique nature reserve of the Montes de Málaga, and it shows in the magnificent views. Within walking distance of the villa there are some bars/restaurants. In the nearby town of Comares you will find supermarkets, a bakery and a pharmacy.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with TV, wood-burning fireplace, and a semi-open kitchen where the dining area is located. The kitchen is very well equipped with enough facilities for a large group everything is sufficiently available to our guests.
The bedrooms have wardrobes and reading corners. One of the bedrooms also has a large private terrace with outdoor furniture. The bathrooms are spacious and have natural light. The ground floor bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The other bathroom on the first floor has a toilet, bidet, sink and a spa bath/shower.
Outside the house, we find the pool is fenced, surrounded by several terraces and seating areas. There is a children's play area and it has 2 barbecues (1 mobile gas barbecue and a fixed wood barbecue).
As we wanted to create a child-friendly house, the stairs have security gates and the pool is fenced.
In the garage there are 2 washing machines, which our guests are free to use. All windows are double glazed, there are shutters and mosquito nets. All rooms have good fans and double glazing and shutters keep the house cool.
The access lane is about 30 meters of dirt, it is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
