A wonderful villa with private pool in an elevated position, with magnificent views over the green valleys, the brilliant blue of the Mediterranean and the impressive mountain ranges that surround this property, perfect for a family holiday.
The interior accommodation consists of a bright and sunny conservatory which makes the most of the views, making a wonderful place to relax with your coffee. From here you enter the open plan lounge where there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting room with a log fire.
On the main floor there are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower.
The master bedroom with a private bathroom, two built-in wardrobes and a private terrace is located on the upper floor. From the terrace you have beautiful views of the coast.
The exterior of the property offers plenty of space to relax in the sun. The terrace surrounds the pool and the barbecue area. The main feature of the property is the basketball and petanque area with views of the surrounding mountains.
The access lane is unpaved for about 100 meters, it is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
