Holiday home with pool, in a quiet location, just a few minutes drive from the charming white mountain village of Cómpeta and about 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa del Sol. The property has magnificent views and benefits from a wonderful setting surrounded by olive groves.
The interior accommodation comprises a dining room with patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. Adjacent to the dining room is a large open plan lounge with wood burning stove, high ceilings and wooden beams and a modern fitted kitchen to a high standard with a Nespresso machine. There are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom.
The exterior is also lovely with terraces to suit your mood, whether you want to lie by the pool and soak up the sun, escape to the pretty terrace at the front of the house and relax with a good book or dine in the shade of the covered terrace on a hot summer evening.
This property has good access via a concrete driveway and the gate opens onto a large parking area with a pergola. It is characterised by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
