It consists of 2 houses within the same large plot, separated but very close to each other, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests, the main house is distributed over 2 floors with modern facilities, the total built area is 352m2, within a private plot of 2,559m2 with large garden areas with natural grass, native flowers and plants, many fruit and old trees, there is a large private pool for the enjoyment of guests with dimensions of 8m long x 4m wide, several sunny terraces with partial views of the Mediterranean, the Sierra Mijas mountains and the city of Fuengirola. In the main villa you will find four comfortable and spacious bedrooms, three comfortable bathrooms, there are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, two very large separate living rooms, a huge and modern eat-in kitchen equipped with all appliances. There is a wood burning stove in both the kitchen diner and the main sitting room. Each room has air conditioning and heating with individual regulation, and the Wi-Fi connection is available practically throughout the villa, it is also equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers and an alarm with an integrated smoke detector.
La Casita Bonita, the Studio, is distributed in 46m2, with 1 bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom, kitchen and private terrace where you can disconnect and relax in the middle of nature.
