The accommodation is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Alhaurín el Grande. It is a house with a traditional Andalusian rustic style surrounded by extensive gardens with a private pool and beautiful views of the mountains. The plot, with more than 10,000 square meters, is fully fenced and, for the most part, surrounded by fruit trees.
The house is mainly distributed on the ground floor, with a terrace on the upper floor.
It has a huge living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has 1 double bed, while the remaining bedroom has 2 single beds with the possibility of adding an extra bed.
As for the exterior, it has a private pool with shower, well-kept gardens, garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Pool and garden maintenance is done on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The accommodation has free parking.
