In the Axarquía region, close to the Montes de Málaga Natural Park and located on a hill above the pleasant town of Colmenar (5 km), this property has 360 views of an impressive rural and mountainous landscape.
From anywhere in the house and as far as your eyes can see, the valley stretches out in a sea of olive and almond trees embraced by mountains. A splendid landscape, so much so that photos simply cannot do it justice.
On clear days you can see the sea, while at night the lights of the coastal city of Vélez Málaga and the small white villages that dot the valley shine in the distance. Don't worry...it won't stop you from enjoying the starry nights.
Sit under the pergola, lie down in the hammocks, have a glass of wine, relax… who would have thought that Malaga, a vibrant, charming and energetic city is only 30 minutes from here?
One-story house, both interior and exterior. Inside we find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a 150 cm bed and the other two remaining bedrooms, have two 90 cm beds. There is a spacious living room with two fireplaces to gather on winter nights, a well-equipped kitchen to cook your favorite dishes and enjoy them as a family. The house has 2 complete bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets.

From the terrace of the villa you will contemplate some of the mountains, Natural Parks and 9 of the 31 white villages that make up the Axarquía region.
For the more adventurous guests, day trips are possible to many of the places of interest such as Malaga (30 minutes), Ronda, Antequera, Granada (1h), Seville (2h.), Córdoba (1.5h).
