Light-filled holiday home with private pool and terrace near Nerja

Holiday home for 6 people in Nerja, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

Nice house with lots of natural light built on three floors.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a balcony with sea views. On the same floor there is a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

On the middle floor the space is open with a full kitchen, dining room, toilet, living room and a terrace from which we can see the pool.

On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a laundry room, a toilet, a spacious living room and a patio with access to the pool.

At the rear of the house there is another dining area with a barbecue.

The orientation is south, which allows the sun to be in the front of the house practically all day and leaves us with a cooler area in the back.

About 30 meters from the house there is a local bus stop, the street (dead end) has parking, it is a quiet area. Burriana Beach, which is the most commercial beach in Nerja, is 2.4 km away.
