Holiday home for 8 people in Alhaurín el Grande, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
This villa with capacity for 8 people and completely independent. The house has 1500m2 of plot and 170m2 of constructed area. It is comfortable, with a lot of privacy and very cozy.
It is distributed on a single floor, with 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a 160x200 bed, is bright and has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and built-in wardrobes.
The second and third bedrooms have two single beds of 90x190 each. In this area we can find the second bathroom with a bathtub.
Living room fully equipped with Smart TV with international channel package, free wifi, double sofa bed and large table for 8 people.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen. It has an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, filter and nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob, kettle, juicer, various kitchen utensils, extractor fan and storage area. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen also has a small dining table for 4 people. You will not need more!
The villa has a beautiful covered porch with table and chairs to enjoy aperitif time with its magnificent mountain views. In addition, the house has a gas barbecue and an 8x4 illuminated pool with a solarium with sun loungers and parasol. It has a ping pong table for entertaining young and old.
It should be noted that the entire house has air conditioning and heating. Parking inside the property.
