Description
Holiday home for 14 people in Coín, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.
Located in the beautiful valley of the Manantiales and restored by a world-renowned architect, this farm has three houses that can accommodate up to 14 people.
Only two houses will be opened by default, opening the third house only for groups of 11 or more people with a supplement in the price.
The paved road to the farm is in good condition, although access to the accommodation has 200 meters of unpaved lane through the pine forests.
The living room in the main house features an open plan TV room with a large screen TV. This room is connected to the dining room that opens onto the outdoor terrace that overlooks the pool. Next to the dining room there is a modern fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine is in a separate utility room.
On this floor there is a double bedroom with single beds and a bathroom with a shower en suite.
On the first floor you will find a private living room and a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double sinks. This living room connects to a spacious master bedroom with two single beds.
The other two houses also have two double bedrooms with single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen.
Outside there is a huge swimming pool surrounded by extensive gardens, two lakes, many fruit trees and an orchard where the owners grow their own vegetables.
