Located in the northeast of Nerja in the popular urbanization of El Capistrano, this beautiful villa is made up of a house and a studio on two floors and offers everything you need to spend a delicious holiday.

On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom and a kitchen open to the living room.

On the ground floor, with its own separate entrance, there is a studio with a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a double bed.

Outside there is a small terrace in front of the studio and a second, larger terrace, a porch, private pool and wonderful views of Nerja and the sea. It is without a doubt the ideal place to while away the hours and also has a plus, the barbecue.

It is very well located, with the supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, as well as restaurants and cafes. The famous Burriana beach and the center of Nerja are just a 15-minute walk away. And for the most sporty, in the vicinity of the town there is the municipal swimming pool and paddle tennis courts.
