This fabulous rural home provides all the necessary amenities to make your vacation exactly what you have been wishing for. Located 3 km from the town of Comares, the house offers an ideal resting place for the whole family, without moving too far from services.
The house is distributed over two floors, both decorated with taste and attention to details.
The ground floor of the house houses the living area, which consists of a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a separate kitchen perfectly equipped to meet the needs of a family of up to 8 people. On the ground floor, you will also have a bathroom with a shower and one of the four bedrooms in the house, equipped with a double bed.
The other three bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. One has a double bed as well, while the other two bedrooms have a double bed each. The master bedroom also offers the possibility of enjoying the good weather and the warm rays of the sun throughout the day, as it has a beautiful private terrace with outdoor furniture. Here, you can relax in the sun, enjoying a glass of wine with your better half and enjoying the views of the bushes that surround the house. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout of this floor.
The house has air conditioning for an extra cost, and a pellet stove in the living room.
The porch is accessible from the beautiful windows in the living room. You will find a chill-out area, perfect for the whole family to relax, and, a little further away, the fabulous private pool. You have the possibility of bathing throughout the year, since it has air conditioning so that it reaches a temperature of 28ºC (depending on the outside temperature). Pool heating is available upon request and for an extra cost.
The outdoor area is completed by a large porch with outdoor dining and barbecue, perfect for long family evenings.
Access to the house is possible through a concrete and earth lane. The lane is characterized by curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
