Recently built and with modern architecture, this villa located just ten minutes from the center of Alhaurín el Grande provides great privacy thanks to the high walls that surround its entire perimeter.
At the entrance of the house you will be greeted by a hall from which you access the kitchen, the pantry and the stairs that lead to the upper floor or the ground floor.
The upper floor features a spectacular bedroom with a double bed and large windows on both sides of the room, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a terrace with hammocks.
The rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor, which is a basement where there is also a modern living room, a spectacular fully equipped kitchen and access to the outside.
Outside the house you can use the chill-out area, the barbecue, a toilet and a space for children with table football, swings and a trampoline.
And of course a private and fenced-in swimming pool with a lawn that also has plates and solar heaters to increase the water temperature.
