The house is located on a fenced plot, which guarantees security for the whole family. Inside the house, you will find spacious rooms decorated with rustic details and provided with all the comforts and amenities.

You will have three bedrooms at your disposal. The master bedroom features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks. The other two bedrooms, both with double beds, share the second bathroom with a bathtub.

The living area consists of a gorgeous dining/living room with sofas, comfortable armchairs and TV with foreign channels. From the living room, you can access the fabulous, fully-equipped independent kitchen, also provided with another dining table.

The whole house is equipped with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, you can enjoy the spacious wrap-around porch featuring a table for dining "al fresco" and chill-out area. If you prefer, soak up the sun on the sun loungers set in the perfectly maintained garden, or enjoy a refreshing dip in the fabulous private pool. The house is also provided with two electric grills since it is forbidden to light fires in the house and its surroundings.
