Holiday home for 6 people in Vinuela, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
This three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has stunning views of the lake of Viñuela and the mountains and a private heated swimming pool surrounded by beautiful gardens.
The property, distributed over one floor, has three bedrooms, all of them with double capacity. Two of the bedrooms have a large double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower and ample storage space. The third bedroom has two single beds. There is a third bathroom to share with a bathtub. All bedrooms are protected by mosquito nets.
The bright living room is presided over by a fireplace, in which to take refuge on cooler evenings, and several sofas where you can relax. There is an office with a desk and a library where you can telework. The kitchen is independent in style and is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. In addition, there is a dining table with seating for the whole family. There is a storage area where you will find the washing machine and the iron.
From the living room, we have direct access to the outside of the house, where we will find a magnificent porch ideal for dining outdoors enjoying the views of the lake. You can prepare delicious barbecues on the gas barbecue or relax with a good book in one of the hammocks surrounded by nature and tranquillity. There is a wonderful heated swimming pool with views of the lake of La Viñuela and the mountains. The garden of the house is Mediterranean style and has several fruit trees.
The property has a large parking area for several vehicles.
There are different activities around the property, from walking to cycling....
Due to airline restrictions on hand luggage, the use of pool towels is available in the house.
In case of need, it would be possible to request an extra cleaning at an extra cost.
The swimming pool is heated by solar panels, so its use will depend entirely on the weather.
