The house has four bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, another with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has three single beds.
The house is also completed with a bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, a large living room and an open kitchen fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The outdoor garden is also spacious and the private pool is accompanied by sun loungers and parasols, while the porch has sun loungers and a garden rocker to rest. In this area there is also a table football and on one side of the house there is a basketball basket.
The villa is located in a beautiful rural area in Estación de Cártama overlooking the Guadalhorce valley and located a few minutes from the road that goes directly to Malaga and other coastal towns such as Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Fuengirola.
