Rural house for 20 people 5 km from Riogordo, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
Fall in love with the dream views that you can enjoy in this wonderful accommodation, which also provides the ideal haven of peace and tranquility for your vacation to be one of pure rest. The views of the hills and the crops that surround the house will allow you to disconnect like never before, enjoying the company of your loved ones in a magical environment.
The house is distributed over two floors, in which there are six bedrooms, six bathrooms and two toilets.
The upper floor has four bedrooms with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower each. This floor also has a living room with fireplace and dining table, a separate kitchen, and a toilet. The living room on the top floor opens onto a beautiful balcony that will allow you to enjoy the fabulous views whenever you want.
On the ground floor, the other two bedrooms of the house are located, both equipped with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. As on the upper floor, here you will also have at your disposal a spacious living room with a picturesque fireplace, a fully equipped American kitchen and a separate toilet.
Two sofa beds and four single extra beds allow up to 10 extra people to stay in the house, with a maximum capacity of 22 people.
In addition to the two fireplaces, the house has electric heaters.
The outdoor area is as charming as the interior, providing everything necessary for the whole family to enjoy the good weather and the magnificent views of the mountains. A spacious porch with an outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy delicious delicacies and enjoy the panorama offered. The perfectly manicured lawn area leads to the private pool, next to which you will also have a covered barbecue and sun loungers available to relax in the sun.
The pool is available all year round. It has a cover that allows its enjoyment from September to June. In the months of July and August, the pool is completely uncovered.
Access to the house is through a 150-meter dirt track.
