Another gorgeous bathroom with a shower is available on this floor, as well as the fabulous living space. This light-filled room features a cosy lounge area, equipped with comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted TV and a magnificent fireplace. On the opposite side of the room, an 8-place wooden dining table and a spectacular kitchen with a modern kitchen island provide all the equipment and kitchenware that you could need. The full windows of this room open onto the gorgeous patio and, at the same time, let the light flood in and illuminate the light-coloured facilities.

The living room relies on warm/cool air-con and underfloor heating. The ground-floor bedrooms are equipped with radiators; the bedrooms on the first floor are heated via the air ducts of the fireplace.

The outdoor area is as spectacular as the indoor. Once you step a foot outside, you will be welcomed by the refreshing private pool and a magnificent porch with an area for "al fresco" dining.
