Holiday home for 10 people in the area of Guadalmar, in the capital city of Málaga, Andalusia.
Located in one of the best urbanizations in Malaga, this villa will allow you to spend a comfortable holiday near the beach, with the plus that it is also close to the airport and 10 minutes from the center of Malaga.
The main entrance of the house consists of a large hall that leads to a living room overlooking the pool, while the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare any meal.
The house has five bedrooms, one of them located in the loft, while the master bedroom is on the second floor and has its own TV, a small living room and a spacious bathroom.
The house is completed with two other bathrooms and a toilet, plus a covered terrace on the second floor from which you access a balcony with views.
Outside you can enjoy the porch, a covered barbecue area and a magnificent heated pool between the months of October and April. From May to September you can also enjoy the pool but at this time it will not be heated.
