Beautiful semi-detached holiday home (two twin houses attached), which are rented completely (not shared with other customers), both are fully air-conditioned (hot and cold), and have a private pool and garden, and free Wi-Fi.
The house has been recently renovated in its entirety (June 2019), so absolutely all furniture and furnishings are premiere.
Important: For an occupation equal to or less than 4 people, only one of the two houses will be accessed, the other one remaining closed.
In each house you will enjoy: spacious living room (with double sofa bed), two bedrooms, and a bathroom with bathtub. Thus, the total of the installation has two kitchens, two dining rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The standard accommodation capacity is 8 people, being able to accommodate 4 more people (with a price supplement) who would sleep in the sofa beds of the rooms, with a total capacity of up to 12 people.
The house is located in a beautiful rural area of the Guadalhorce Valley, with fantastic views of the north face of the Sierra de Mijas, less than half an hour drive from important cities of the Costa del Sol, such as Marbella, Málaga, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Mijas, etc.
It is a quiet area but very well connected, with all kinds of supermarkets or shopping centers less than 10 minutes by car.
