Spacious holiday home with splendid garden and private pool

Holiday home near Coin, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This impressive villa with staggering outdoors is located only 5 km from the town of Coin, in the inland part of the province of Malaga. Its location allows you to visit the nearby Costa del Sol, quickly reach the airport of Malaga and enjoy getaways to the nearest towns of the province.

The house is distributed on two floors and features bright and well-decorated rooms.

On the first floor, you will have four bedrooms at your disposal (two with a double bed each, and two with two single beds each). The eight guests that sleep here can use the three bedrooms provided, one with a shower, another with a bathtub and an en-suite with a fabulous whirlpool tub. A splendid terrace with a chill-out area overlooking the mountains of the Sierra completes the layout of the first floor.

On the ground floor, there is the fifth bedroom, with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is also located here, and it features a spacious dining-living room with a fireplace and a spectacular TV; an independent kitchen completes the indoor facilities.

The house's five bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

Outside, the whole family will find the perfect spot where to rejoice in the sunshine. From the living room, you can access the fabulous porch where you can eat "al fresco", next to which a BBQ is provided. A fence separates the porch from the well-maintained garden, in the middle of which you can dive into the fabulous private pool, surrounded by colourful flowerpots and picturesque statues. Near the pool, there is a seating area with several sun loungers and a large parasol to shelter from the hot sun rays.

The house is provided with an 8-place private parking lot, and the access is possible via a paved lane.
