This welcoming holiday home is the perfect place to enjoy a well-deserved getaway with your loved ones. Its intimate and quiet environment guarantees a relaxing holiday, without giving up the possibility to enjoy shopping in the nearby town of Alhaurín el Grande, 3 km far.

This quaint home is characterised by a rustic charm, provided by the materials used for its construction and decoration; the precious stone walls in the living room and bathroom definitely stand out.

The accommodation is laid out on one floor. Upon entering the house, you will have at your disposal the picturesque fully equipped open kitchen and the cosy dining/living room. These two areas allow you and your loved ones to enjoy your holiday all comfort and, if you decide on a winter stay, the best place to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere is in front of the fireplace.

Three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and one with two single beds, as well as a picturesque bathroom with a bathtub, complete the layout of the house.

The three bedrooms are provided with warm/cool air-con.

A spacious porch provides entrance to the house, and it's furnished with a lovely area for dining "al fresco". The backyard features the magnificent private saltwater pool, sun loungers and a BBQ area where you can prepare delicious specialities for the whole family.

Access to the house is via a concrete lane.
