This spectacular holiday home, featuring splendid sea views, is located less than 500 metres from the beach, in the lovely town of Rincón de la Victoria, and within a stone's throw from the capital city of the Costa del Sol. Its spectacular terraces with private pool and dining area overlooking the sea will provide you with unforgettable moments of relaxation during your well-earned holidays.

The interior of the house is distributed on two floors, both decorated in a modern style. Moreover, the full windows let the light flood in and guarantee some impressive sea views, regardless of the room you're in.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed each, and one with two twin beds, and two bathrooms with a bathtub. On this floor, you will also find the living room, which features a dining table and a fireplace, and a fully equipped independent kitchen. From here, you can access the main terrace of the house, which is characterised by vistas that will leave you speechless.

The other three bedrooms occupy the ground floor. One is provided with a bunk bed; another features two single beds, and, in the third bedroom, you will find a suite with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and an attached room with one single bed. Another bathroom with a shower is available for the guests on this floor, just like another living room with a ping-pong table.

The house is fully equipped with air-con. The air conditioning machines are equipped with a sensor that switches them off when doors and windows are opened, to ensure that they work properly and to preserve the environment. In addition, the machines are equipped with a timer to ensure a comfortable environment during the hottest hours of the day.

Outside, you can rejoice in several hideouts to sunbathe and make the most of the views. The spacious terrace with an area for "al fresco" dining, where you can have your breakfast with a view; the swimming pool, accessible via a staircase and where you can refresh during a hot sunny day; and a perfectly maintained garden with an outdoor dining table and several sun loungers, ideal for relaxing under the sun. However you choose to spend your holidays, this house provides all the comforts you could need.
