This holiday home offers a relaxing environment that allows the whole family to recharge their batteries, away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded spots on the coast and, at the same time, near the services of the town. Competa's city centre is only 1 km far from the house, and it makes for a refreshing morning walk to downtown.

The single-storey property has been completely refurbished to provide all the amenities to its guests. The open concept of the living room is ideal for the whole family to spend some time together, as it creates a unified ambience. Besides, the double-height ceiling makes the room seem even more spacious.

The lounge area is equipped with two comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV. Near the sofas, there is a rustic dining table that fits perfectly in the rustic-and-modern decoration of the room. The kitchen is separated from the rest of the living space by a useful breakfast bar, which delimits two areas without interrupting the open-concept. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with all the kitchenware and appliances needed to ensure a comfortable stay.

Bedrooms-wise, the holiday home is provided with four separate sleeping areas, all of which are equipped with single beds. Two bedrooms feature three single beds each; in both bedrooms, two of the beds can be united to create a much bigger double bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds each. Besides, two of the bedrooms also feature an en-suite with a shower each. The third bathroom with a shower is at the guests' disposal inside the villa, as is a 2-place sofa bed in the living room. Therefore, the maximum capacity of the villa is of 12 people.

The villa is equipped with six warm/cool air-con machines (living room, kitchen and the four bedrooms), and the living room also features a wood-burning stove.

Outside, the gorgeous terrace ensures you and your family will spend unforgettable moments rejoicing in the sunshine and making the most of the fabulous views that extend behind the property's walls. The house is provided with two porches, one on each side of the outdoor space.

The bigger porch welcomes an area for "al fresco" dining, ideal for having breakfast in the shade and enjoying the beautiful sunsets at dinner. The other porch features a chill-out area, where you can relax while watching your kids having fun in the kidney-shaped swimming pool. The latter allows the whole family to have a refreshing dip and swim under the warm sunshine.

The poolside sun loungers and the BBQ completes the facilities of the pool area.

The charming finishing touch is the upper-level gazebo, provided with a small table and surrounded by lush vegetation. The views from here are unbeatable and guarantee a peaceful oasis to reach when you feel like disconnecting from everything.

The access to the house is fully paved.
